🔁 Returns & Refund Policy – LearningLooop
At LearningLooop, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, thoughtfully selected learning products for children. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchasing to ensure the best experience.
Change of Mind Returns
As per South African law, customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
However, to maintain product quality and fairness to all customers, returns will only be accepted if:
- The item is completely unused and unopened
- The item is in perfect resale condition
- All original packaging, tags, and contents are intact
Please note:
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
- A handling/restocking fee may apply
- Items that do not meet the above standards will not be eligible for a refund
We strongly encourage customers to ensure the product is suitable before purchasing.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
In line with the Consumer Protection Act:
- We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund
- Return shipping will be covered by LearningLooop where applicable
Please note:
- Damage caused after delivery (e.g. misuse, rough handling) is not covered
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Any applicable fees may be deducted

- Show signs of use
