All orders are shipped via Aramex Store-to-Door courier service.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
  • Outlying or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

4. Delivery Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

  • The risk of loss or damage to goods remains with us until the goods have been delivered to and accepted by you.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
LearningLooop will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
